North Schuylkill finished pool play with a 5-1 record to advance to the tournament semifinals.
In the semifinal round, the Lady Spartans found themselves trailing Schuylkill Haven 10-1. North Schuylkill rallied from the nine-point deficit to defeat the Hurricanes and earn a spot in the championship match.
The Lady Spartans then faced Shenandoah Valley in a closely contested final, defeating the Blue Devils 25-22 to claim the tournament title.
Williams Valley defeated Schuylkill Haven in the consolation match.
The tournament field included North Schuylkill, Weatherly Area, Palmerton Area, Shenandoah Valley, Schuylkill Haven, Williams Valley, Executive Education Academy and Shamokin Area.
