Paul E. Sementilli
Paul E. Sementilli, 68, of Pottsville, passed away peacefully Friday, October 2, 2026.
Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on August 1, 1958, he was a son of the late Mario Sementilli and Cesira Bacchiochchi Angelo-Kamenas.
Paul loved building model cars, collecting tools and sampling different sodas. He had a great love for his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Phillip Angelo, Stephen “Gebe” Angelo and Winnell Angelo; his sister, Linda Zelinsky; and his stepfather, Louis Veratti.
Surviving are his wife of 26 years, Richelle Southam Sementilli; eight daughters, Jennifer Beury of Pottsville, Rina Sementilli of Pottsville, Angela Sementilli of Acorth, Georgia, Paula Sementilli of Pottsville, Pamela Sementilli of Pottsville, Carissa Soto and her husband, Daniel, of Williamston, Leeanna Sementilli of Pottsville and Alisa Sementilli of Pottsville; stepsons, Guy Ebert and his wife, Kelly, of Pottsville and William Ebert and his wife, Nicole, of Pottsville; grandchildren, Justin, Nicole, Gianna, Joey, Zaria, Jayden, Madison, Cailyn, Quinton, Malaina, Ellianna, Annabelle, Naomi, Grayson, Riley, Carter and Mason; sisters, Doreen Blum of Minersville and Michelle Rumpf of Wilkes-Barre; and an aunt, Giuliana Fisher of Florida.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Jean McHugh Cosbey
Jean McHugh Cosbey, 73, of Port Carbon, died Tuesday at Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill Nursing Home.
She was born February 21, 1953, in Pottsville, a daughter of the late John and Margaret Quin McHugh.
She was a 1971 graduate of Pottsville Area High School.
Jean was employed by Mrs. Smith’s Pies in Pottstown for many years before moving to Georgia and retiring from McCormick Tractor.
Jean will be remembered with affection and respect by those who knew her. She loved spending time at Club 18, a place that brought her enjoyment and familiarity over the years. She was also known for her fondness for the color green, a small but meaningful reflection of her personality. Jean was proud of her Irish heritage, and that pride remained an enduring part of who she was.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Cosbey.
Surviving are her siblings, Lenny McHugh of Pottsville, John McHugh of Carlisle, Michael McHugh of Hazleton, Lane McHugh of Julian and Lori Spotts of Seltzer.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, October 18, 2026, beginning at 1 p.m. at The Pottsville Zone, 337 Peacock St., Pottsville.
The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions to Hillside SPCA, P.O. Box 233, Pottsville, PA 17901.
