Hegins Eagle Scout Candidate Installs Flag Retirement Box for Community

Kody Rebuck, a member of Boy Scout Troop 662 and the son of Kenneth and Diana Rebuck of Hegins, has completed a community service project aimed at promoting respect for the American flag while providing a practical service to local residents.
