Pottsville Kiwanis Launches Fire Hydrant Painting Contest to Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary

The Pottsville Kiwanis Club is inviting residents and organizations from across the community to help celebrate America's 250th Anniversary in a colorful way with the launch of a new Fire Hydrant Painting Contest.
