Butler Township Approves Data Center Ordinances, Expands Highridge Overlay for Nebius Proposal

The Butler Township Board of Supervisors approved two ordinances Monday evening, including one expanding an existing data center overlay district at Highridge Business Park to additional SEDCO-owned property sought by Nebius for its proposed AI data center campus.
