Frackville to Host Pilot Weekend Allowing ORVs on Borough Streets

Frackville Borough, in partnership with the Frackville Business and Professional Association (FBPA) and Famous Reading Outdoors (FRO), has announced a pilot weekend that will allow off-road vehicles (ORVs) limited access to designated borough streets.
