Commonwealth Court Reinstates Arbitration Award in Minersville Officer Termination Case

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has reversed a Schuylkill County judge’s decision that had thrown out an arbitration ruling involving the termination of a Minersville Borough police officer, sending the case back to be reinstated.
