Coach Holland coached the Mahanoy Area Boys' Basketball team for 33 years and retired at the end of last season. He finished his career with a record of 614 wins and 243 losses.
The district will also dedicate their other gymnasium to Joseph Alansky, who coached the Girls' Basketball team for 16 years. He retired in 2003 with a record of 391 wins and 129 losses. This dedication will take place on December 19th.
