Joshua Lukach, 18, and Shavinskin Thomas, 21, both from Pottsville are facing charges for the murder of John Brock on South 12th Street.
Their list of charges are conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree, first-degree murder, second-degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, burglary, criminal trespass, theft, access device fraud, recklessly endangering another person and possessing instruments of crime.
