Arrests Made in Drug Sweep on Tuesday

On Tuesday, municipal, state, and federal authorities conducted a drug sweep in western Schuylkill on alleged drug dealers after a long investigation.


According to authorities, warrants were issued for 28 people after an investigation by the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force including Tower City Police Chief John Boyer and Hegins Township Police Sergeant Beau Yarmush.

Out of the 28 warrants, 9 were taken into custody on Tuesday.

  • Eric Pinkerton, 27, of Tower City, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance Methamphetamine.
  • Trevor A. Jenkins, 26, of Tower City, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance Methamphetamine.
  • Wiley N. Humphrey, 30, of Pine Grove, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. Humphrey was also wanted by U.S. Marshals for a federal parole violation
  • Chad E. Hoy, 42, of Valley View, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
  • Kathren M. Adams, 25, of Tower City, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia-fentanyl.
  • Macy Krepich Barder, 27, of Lykens: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-prescription pills.
  • Lee A. Dubois Sr., 37, of Pine Grove, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
  • Angela L. Andrewsky, 26, of Mahanoy City, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance-heroin. She was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker, Shenandoah, and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
  • Lyle McCulley, 47, of Pottsville, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge James K. Reiley, Pottsville, and jailed, unable to post a total of $30,000 straight cash bail.
  • John, 24, of Mahanoy City, who is wanted for delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance-heroin, is incarcerated on unrelated offenses and will be arraigned today.
Authorities said they are still looking for the following individuals and have active arrest warrants for each one.

Eric S. Traub, 37, of Tower City: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a counterfeit substance, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-heroin.
Ethan Bass Stiles, 22, of Lykens: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Aaron M. Williams, 25, of Pine Grove: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Ryan W. Grasso, 23, of Muir: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Trisha M. Fetterhoff, 27, of Muir: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Brittany M. Shadle, 25, of Hegins: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-heroin.
Camille M. Lemmon, 19, of Pine Grove: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Keith R. Witmer, 23, of Steelton: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Jared Lee Miller, 38, of Tower City: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Jason B. Lucas, 38, of Tremont: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy-methamphetamine.
Jordan Leigh Deiter, 29, of Tower City: conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility-methamphetamine.
Jacqueline S. Firestine, 42, of Tremont: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Jeffrey A. Hoppes, 26, of Tower City: possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Dean L. Dubois, 36, of Joliett: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Michael Felty, 33, of Hegins: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-heroin and methamphetamine.
Torey Lewis Mack, 25, of Pine Grove: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
Scott A. Wertz, 30, of Tower City: delivery of a counterfeit substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance and criminal use of a communications facility-powder purported to be methamphetamine.
Robert C. Miller, 39, of Ashland: delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

Schuylkill County District Attorney Christine Holman said she hopes the arrests Tuesday and subsequent search for the remaining offenders sends a message that drug dealing or drug using will not be tolerated in Schuylkill County.

“We want our residents to know that we are continually working to rid our county of these dangerous and illegal drugs,” the district attorney said.

In addition to the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force, agencies participating in Tuesday’s round up were Homeland Security Investigations, Philadelphia; state police from Harrisburg and Schuylkill Haven; Schuylkill County Sheriff’s deputies; Schuylkill County Adult Probation officers; and municipal police from Tower City, Hegins, Butler Township, West Mahanoy Township, Palo Alto, Port Carbon, East Union Township, Mahanoy Township, Saint Clair, Mahanoy City, Tamaqua, Shenandoah, Pine Grove, Ashland and Tremont.
