Over 1,500 Homes Without Power After Storms Roll Through Tuesday

Over 1,500 homes are without power in Schuylkill County after storms rolled through Tuesday afternoon.


As of 5:30pm, PPL is reporting the following area are experiencing outages:

West Penn Township - 515
Rush Township - 258
Wayne Township - 254
North Union Towship - 154
East Union Township - 130

Smaller outages have also been reported in Barry Township, Cass Township, Deer Lake, Eldred Township, Hegins Township, Hubley Township, McAdoo, Pottsville, Shenandoah, Union Township, Walker Township, Washington Township, and West Brunswick Township.
