On Thursday, PennDOT announced the judges winner and fan vote winner from their "Paint the Plow" contest in Schuylkill County.According to Sean Brown, the Safety Press Officer for District 5, North Schuylkill School District's Plow won the judges vote and there was a tie for the winners of the fan vote between North Schuylkill and Pine Grove.
Judging was completed on Friday, November 2nd by members of the media and others at the Schuylkill County Maintenance facility in Schuylkill Haven.
Fan Votes were tallied through Facebook.
