Shenandoah Police Arrest Man for Criminal Trespass, Stalking, and Resisting Arrest


Shenandoah Police arrested a man over the weekend for criminal trespass, stalking, and resisting arrest after an incident over the weekend.

According to Shenandoah Police,  on Saturday, March 30th, around 11:15pm, police were dispatched to the 100 Block of North Jardin St for a disturbance. 

Police say Daniel Lance Lopez, 23, no known address, had come to the residence, uninvited, to see his former girlfriend. 

Police escorted Lopez off of the property and was told not to return. 

Police were then called back to the property at 11:35pm when Lopez returned to the residence and began kicking and punching the door. 

Lopez was taken into custody and charged with felony Criminal Trespass, Stalking. Resisting Arrest, Loitering and Prowling and related summary offenses. 

He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David Rossi and committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000.00 cash bail.
