CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: 2 New Positive Cases in Schuylkill County; Statewide Total 644

On Monday, March 23rd, 2020, the second and third positive cases of the Coronavirus were tested in Schuylkill County.

The update also shows that Pennsylvania diagnosed 165 new cases Statewide.  The current number of Statewide confirmed cases is 644.

The first case was reportedly a worker at a Hegins Facility for MI Windows and Doors.

According to the Department of Health 6,595 have tested negative since testing began with 2 deaths in Allegheny and Northampton Counties.
