Just before 7:00pm, Friday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the area and area of land between Ashland and Locust Dale in Butler Township for an ATV accident.
A short time later, a Schuylkill Deputy Coroner was called to the scene.
One other person was transported to an area hospital with injuries.
Fountain Springs Fire, Lavelle Fire, Washington Rescue, Washington Ambulance, Shenandoah Ambulance, Butler Township, and State Police are also at the scene.
UPDATE(10:45pm) - Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak, pronounced Jennifer Burke, 41, of Ashland, dead at the scene at 7:45pm.
Szczyglak said that a virtual autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
