Two people were transported after a crash near New Ringgold on Saturday.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash crash occurred on Summer Valley Road/Route 895 just north of West Rauschs Road in East Brunswick Township around 4:00am.
Troopers say Derick Decastro, 22, of Reading, PA was driving a Acura TSX west on Route 895 when he lost control on the snow covered roadway , and struck a utility pole.
Decastro and his passenger, Grandley Gregorio, 21, of Stoughton, MA were transported by New Ringgold Ambulance to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The vehicle was disabled and had to be towed from the scene.
Decastro will be cited for the crash.
