State Police Continue to Investigate Burglary at the Blue Mountain's Cressona Elementary

 

The Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate a burglary at Blue Mountain's Cressona Elementary.

According to the District, the burglary occurred around 12:04am, on Monday, December 13th, 2021 when an unknown person broke into Cressona Elementary early Monday morning at 12:04 AM. 

State Police say at the time of the incident, the break-in triggered numerous motion alarms in the school but by the time police arrived, the suspect had fled the scene in an unknown direction.

State Police also said, after Troopers left the scene, the suspect returned, entered the building for a short period of time, and then fled again.

The individual stole money (stored in a jar) that was being raised for the Big Impact Program which is part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program.
