According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, an investigation began in early 2021 after a tip was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  An investigation into the tip led to the finding that someone in a home in the 300 Block of Hazle Street in Tamaqua had uploaded a video of child pornography to Pornhub.
