State Police Investigation Leads to Arrest of Shenandoah Man for Possessing Child Pornography and Sharing Online

A Shenandoah man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after an investigation led to the finding of child pornography.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, a search warrant was executed at 227 East Centre Street in Shenandoah  after a report was received of child pornography being shared across the internet through File Sharing Networks.

The search led to the seizing of electronic devices from the home and the finding of child pornography.

As a result, Garrison Zarcufsky, 34, was taken into custody and charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography, 1 count of dissemination of child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility.

Zarcufsky was arraigned before Magisterial Districts Judge Anthony Kilker, and was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $100,000 straight cash bail.

The investigation included assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Computer Crime Task Force.
