Catalytic Converter Theft Suspect Caught on Camera in Lavelle

The Butler Township Police are investigating the theft of catalytic converters in the Lavelle area.

According to police, the incident occurred around 8:15am on Monday, March 7th, 2022.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video.

Anyone who can identify the person in the photos should call Butler Township Police at (570) 875-4131 or (570) 462-1991. 

Police are also asking Lavelle residents to check their security cameras as well.

IT'S SIMPLE, IF THE SCRAP YARDS WOULD QUIT BUYING THEM, NOBDY WOULD BE STEALING THEM !!!!!------ THESE SCRAP YARDS ARE TO BLAME FOR BUYING THEM OFF INDIVIDUALS THAT CLEARLY HAVE NO CONNECTION TO THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR INDUSTRY.
