Hegins Township Police are investigating an incident that occurred at Top Star Express in Valley View on February 9, 2022.
As part of the investigation, police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the pictured individual.
The individual may be operating a dark colored four door older model SUV, possibly a Jeep Wrangler with a sticker on the lower middle rear window.
No information was provided on what the incident involved.
