Ashland Police Arrest Bloomsburg Man for Two Burglaries

A Bloomsburg man was taken into custody on Tuesday after burglarizing a property in Ashland twice.

According to Ashland Police, Joshua Wagner, 32, of Bloomsburg was taken into custody by Chief Ger Daley after a foot chase.

Chief Daley said Wagner broke into a building on Market Street on April 21st, 2022 and again on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022 at 7:00am.

Wagner was charged by Daley with 2 counts of felony trespassing and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after being arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Ed Tarantelli, who set bail at $15,000(10%).

Butler Township Police as well as Sheriff Joe Groody assisted during Tuesday morning's arrest.
