Police have been at the scene of an ongoing incident in Ashland since earlier Sunday morning.
Since around 10:30am, law enforcement has been at the scene of an incident in the area of the 900 to 1100 Block of Brock Street.
Fire personnel were called just after 2:30pm to the area 11th and Walnut Street to close off the area from Walnut Street back towards Brock Street to traffic.
Multiple State Police units are at the scene.
The area should be avoided. More information when it's available.
UPDATE: The police incident on Brock Street in Ashland has ended peacefully with one person in custody. More on this later.
