A Cressona man is facing charges of indecent exposure after an incident on Sunday.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Sunday, June 5th, 2022, around 7:00pm, Troopers responded to a call to Marsha Drive in Cressona for a male that was performing sexual acts on himself on his front porch.
As a result, State Police filed indecent exposure charges against Barry Morgan, 35, of Cressona.
The charges were file through Magisterial District Judge Thomas H. Xavios's office.
