Fire crews are responding to a working structure fire in Orwigsburg.
Around 9:20pm, Friday, emergency personnel were called to 117 East Tammany Street, Orwigsburg for a possible structure fire.
As the first chief responded, a column of smoke was visible and a 2nd alarm was issued.
As firefighters arrived on scene, the rear of the structure was reported to be on fire.
UPDATE: 9:38PM - All firefighters have been told to evacuate the structure and are going into defensive operations.
UPDATE: 10:23PM - Fire is reported as out. Extensive overall in progress. A State Police Fire Marshal has been called to investigate.
