Gordon Man Faces Charges for Throwing Firework at Shed

A Gordon man is facing charges after he threw a firework at another man's shed.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022, around 11:00pm, Troopers responded to Mcknight Street in Gordon for a report of criminal mischief.

When Troopers arrived, a 35 year old man reported that Wade Hubler, 45, also of Gordon had thrown a firework in the area of his shed.  The victim was able to identify Hubler because he was sitting in the backyard and watched him drive away.  A short time later, a loud bang came from behind the shed and a window was broken.

An additional witness also observed Hubler throw the firework out the window of a Jeep.

Troopers interviewed Hubler where he admitted to throwing the firework.
