As of 2:00pm, Thursday, Interstate 81 was down to one lane.
The crash occurred between Exit 104 (Ravine) and Exit 100 (Pine Grove) in the southbound lanes.
Fire crews are at the scene with the left lanes closed.
UPDATE (2:30pm) - Responsibilities of the scene has been passed to PennDOT, Fire apparatus have cleared the scene
