Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate man that failed to appear at jury selection.
Land Douglas Hicks age 43, is a white male, 6 feet in height and weighs 230 lbs. Land Douglas Hicks failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on January 25, 2011 for jury selection for his trial.
For his trial, Hick is facing charges of Burglary-Not Adapted for Overnight Accommodation, No Person Present – Felony 2, Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure – F3, Theft by Unlawful Taking-Movable Property – Misdemeanor 3.
Hicks' last known address was 244 North Broad St. West Hazleton Pa 18203.
