A Tremont man is wanted by police and is facing invasion of privacy charges.
Police say Brandon McNellis, 44, of Tremont, is wanted after nude images and videos were discovered on his cell phone. The images and videos were of his 19-year-old stepdaughter.
McNellis allegedly used a camera positioned in the victim's bedroom to record her in a nude state without her consent on multiple occasions.
On Wednesday, State Police filed invasion of privacy charges and issued an arrest warrant for his arrest. As of this posting, his whereabouts are unknown.
