NORTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP - This crash occurred on South Greenview Road in the area of the intersection with West Market Street/Route 443 around 10:30pm on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022.
Troopers say Gwen Rego, 43, of Macungie, while driving a Dodge Journey, was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection, and when she pulled out to make a left turn, she overcompensated the turn crashing into a ditch along South Greenview Road.
Rego was not injured in the crash but her vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.
Rego was cited for the crash.

PORT CLINTON - This crash occurred on Centre Turnpike/Route 61 around 4:30pm on Sunday, August 28th, 2022
Troopers say the two vehicle crash occurred as Michael Rodgers, 85, of Hamburg was traveling south on Route 61 in his Hyundai Elantra.
Rodgers turned left into oncoming traffic traveling northbound.
Jack Tazzetto, 25, of Blakeslee, on a Harley Davidson Electra Glide struck the passenger side door of Rodgers vehicle, was thrown from the motorcycle landing on the roadway
Both Rodgers and Tazzetto were injured in the crash and both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The extent of both of their injuries was not provided.

RUSH TOWNSHIP - This crash occurred on Saturday, September 17th, 2022 around 12:50pm.
Troopers say Ryan Achey, 28, of Mahanoy Plane in his Ford Mustang was traveling east on Route 54 when he failed to see a vehicle turning left onto Fairview Street. Achey swerved to the right striking the embankment and a utility pole.
Achey did not report any injuries.
