Ashland Man Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives


Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate an Ashland man who failed to appear for a prison sentence.
Johnny Baker, 43, failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on November 18, 2022, to begin serving his prison sentence at a State Correctional Facility, Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. 

Baker is described as being 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 160 lbs. 

Johnny Baker was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 2 years nor more than 5 years on charges that include Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Controlled Substance-Felony, Criminal Use of Communication Facility-Felony 3, and Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia-Misdemeanor.

Baker's last known address was 1329 Spruce Street, Ashland, PA 17921.
