Frackville Man Charged for Trespassing and Making Threats


A Frackville man is facing charges for trespassing inside a home and making threats.

According to Frackville Police Chief Paul Olson, on Monday, November 28th, 2022, around 1:20pm, Police were dispatched to a residence on S. Broad Mtn Ave for a disturbance. 

An investigation revealed that James Kessock, 41, of Frackville entered the victim’s home without permission. The victim attempted to get Kessock to leave but he refused, and Kessock pushed the victim into an appliance, causing injury to the victim. He then fled the area. 

While Police were investigating the incident, Kessock called the victim’s daughter making threats to harm himself. 

Police were able to locate Kessock and he was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pottsville for an evaluation. Kessock will be charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault and Harassment.
