Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate a man from Pine Grove.
Nathan John Wagner, 39, with a last known address of 60 South Tulpehocken Street, Apartment 5, Pine Grove, has two active bench warrants, and is declared an Absconder violating the conditions governing parole.
The original charges in his first case are:
- Simple Assault – Misdemeanor 2
- Harassment – Subject Other to Physical Contact – Summary
Wagner also failed to appear at Magisterial District Court 21-2-01 on November 10, 2021 for a preliminary hearing.
The original charges in this case were:
- Driving while License is Suspended/Revoked, DUI related – Misdemeanor 3
- Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended or Revoked – Summary
- Driving without a License – Summary.
