Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locating a Schuylkill Haven man.
John Lester Todd Kriner, 26, with a last known address of 29 Fritz Reed Avenue, Schuylkill Haven failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison to begin his sentence as ordered by the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas. As a result, an active bench warrant has been issued for Kriner.
Kriner is described as being 6 feet 2 inches in height and weighs approximately 180 lbs.
Kriner's original charges for failure to appear for prison sentence:
- Resisting Arrest/Other Law Enforcement – Misdemeanor 2
- Possess Marijuana – Small Amount for Personal Use – Misdemeanor
- Driving While BAC .02 or Greater While License Suspended – Summary
- Flight to Avoid Apprehension/Trial/Punishment – Misdemeanor 2.
Anyone who may see or come in contact with John Lester Todd Kriner is asked to call the Schuylkill County 9-1-1 Center immediately.
