The Schuylkill County Coroner's Office was called to the scene of a fire in Lake Wynonah on Wednesday morning.
Around 5:45am, firefighters were called to 1027 Indian Drive, Lake Wynonah for a report of a house fire.
The first chief on scene reported smoke coming from the eaves of the home and as firefighters entered, they found heavy fire on the second floor and in the basement.
At least one victim was pulled from the home. After pulling the victim from the home, the Pennsylvania State Police were requested to the scene.
The Schuylkill County Coroner's Office was also called to the scene.
No other details are available as of this posting, but as of 9:00am, most of the fire units have been cleared but firefighters from Wayne Township remain on scene.
