Two Pottsville CVS Pharmacies Struck by Multi-State Thieves

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of thousands of dollars in merchandise from retail stores across three states.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, an investigation is underway into the theft of $65,000 worth of merchandise from 22 retail stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York over a 6-day period.

The same thieves struck the CVS Pharmacy on Claude A Lord Boulevard in Pottsville and the location on Pottsville Street in North Manheim Township near Schuylkill Haven.

Between both locations, approximately $5,000 in merchandise was stolen between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on April 20th, 2023.
