NEW PHILADELPHIA - The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating a report of a theft.
According to Troopers from the Frackville Barracks, on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023, around 11:20am, police responded to a report of a burglary.
The investigation found that someone gained entry to a home on Valley Street in New Philadelphia and removed several feet of copper pipe, then fled.
