Officers arrived and found 2 vehicles in the roadway.
Upon further investigation, it was learned that Allison Rang, 26, of Pottsville, was traveling northbound in her 2018 Dodge Charger when, Justin Stricker, 18, of Minersville, pulled out of Sheetz in his 2010 Jeep, after being waved on to safely proceed from another motorist.
Stricker pulled out and was struck by Rang.
Rang received injuries sustained from the collision and her vehicle was towed from the scene. The roadway was cleared in approximately 30 minutes.
Stricker was deemed to be at fault but will not be charged upon the request of Rang.
