The Shenandoah Valley High School Band has received a music grant.
For the third year in a row, Mr. John P. Shoener, Director of Bands at Shenandoah Valley School District, was selected to receive the Peter R. Marsh Foundation Grant for staging musical performances specifically aimed at the adult population in our community. As a result, the SVHS Band was awarded a Music Grant consisting of $1,000 that will be used to promote music in the community through student engagement and activity.
