The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Delano man.
According to Troopers, in the early morning hours of Monday, October 30th, 2023, police responded to a home in Mahanoy Township for a report of a burglary and assault.
The victim told police that her ex-boyfriend, Gavyn Datchko, 20, of Delano allegedly forced his way into her home and assaulted her.
State Police have charged Datchko with multiple counts of burglary, criminal trespass, and simple assault.
