Schuylkill County Detectives Seek Barry Township Man on Two Active Bench Warrants


Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake, in conjunction with the Schuylkill County Detectives, is reaching out to the public for help in locating a wanted Barry Township man.

Blake Allen Deeter, 22, is currently the subject of two active bench warrants.

Deeter's failure to appear at the Courthouse for a Status Conference on November 16, 2021, has prompted authorities to seek information on his whereabouts. 

The original charge in this case is Flight to Avoid Apprehension/Trial/Punishment – a misdemeanor of the second degree. Additionally, Deeter faces charges of Terroristic Threats – a misdemeanor of the first degree, Simple Assault – a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Harassment - Subject other to physical contact - a summary offense.

Deeter is described as standing at 5 feet 9 inches and weighing approximately 150 lbs.

The last known address for Blake Allen Deeter is 29 Well Drive, Ashland, Barry Township.
