41-year-old Warren Kiley Ewen is wanted for two separate cases where he failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on January 2nd, 2024, for status conferences.
The charges in the first case include DUI: Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – 3rd offense – classified as a Misdemeanor 1, Driving under License Suspension – DUI related – categorized as a Misdemeanor 3, Drug Possession – Methamphetamine – classified as a Misdemeanor, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – also a Misdemeanor.
The second case involved charges for Retail Theft – Taking Merchandise offered for sale, depriving the merchant of monetary value – classified as a Felony 3.
Warren Kiley Ewen's last known address is 506 Peacock Street, Pottsville, PA 17901.
