Yuengling and Keep Texas Beautiful Renew Partnership For 2024

A renewed partnership between The Yuengling Company and Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) for 2024 was announced on Tuesday.

Yuengling is committing to donate $1 per case of Yuengling Traditional Lager sold, up to $50,000, to support KTB's mission of keeping Texas communities clean and beautiful.

This marks the second year of collaboration between the two entities.

Texans can participate in this initiative by purchasing special promotional packaging of Yuengling Lager in 12-pack, 12-ounce cans featuring the Lone Star State's symbol. Each can includes a QR code that, when scanned, provides access to a digital Keep Texas Beautiful experience, information about the second annual Yuengling Beautification Day, and details on how to make donations at Yuengling.com/KeepTexasBeautiful.

Debbie Yuengling, a 6th generation family member of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., expressed gratitude for the partnership with KTB, highlighting the shared commitment to community enrichment and cleanliness.

“We are grateful to continue our partnership with Keep Texas Beautiful, an organization that shares our devotion to enriching the communities we operate in, to deepen our relationship with Texans and keep our communities clean,” said Yuengling.

Exclusive sampling events will be hosted by Yuengling at popular stores, restaurants, and bars, where consumers can purchase the limited-edition cans.

Suzanne Kho, Executive Director of Keep Texas Beautiful, expressed gratitude for Yuengling's partnership, emphasizing the campaign's importance in promoting KTB's mission of making Texas a better place to live, work, and play.

“We are honored to have Yuengling as a partner, committed to showcasing KTB through high visibility packaging and promotions,” said Kho. “For over 50 years, we’ve pledged to make Texas a better place to live, work, and play, and this campaign helps bring our mission to life.”

To kick off the campaign, a community beautification event will take place on March 2nd in San Antonio, coinciding with Texas' Independence Day. Social media content creator Chris Flores, known as @eatmigos, and a Yuengling Brand Ambassador, will engage his followers to promote involvement in the San Antonio region.

Pat Pikunas, General Manager of The Yuengling Company, expressed excitement about continuing the partnership with Keep Texas Beautiful and emphasized Yuengling's commitment to giving back to the Texas community. Yuengling takes pride in brewing locally in the largest beer market in the United States and looks forward to advancing its community efforts in Texas.

“The Yuengling Company has established a strong partnership with Keep Texas Beautiful and we are excited to continue the momentum,” said Pikunas. “We are proud to brew locally in the country’s largest beer market and are looking forward to advancing our work to give back to the community here in Texas.”
