The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating what they are calling criminal mischief near Shenandoah.
According to Troopers, on March 18th, 2024, police learned that two wind turbines near Raven Run Road and Ringtown Boulevard in Union Township, and owned by Avangrid Renewables were intentionally shot with a firearm.
