According to Hazleton Police, Terrance Lorey Ray of Hazleton was taken into custody around 5:45am by the United States Marshal Service and the Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit. They did not say where they took him into custody.
Lockwood’s body was discovered on Sunday, April 27, burning along Club 40 Road in Hazleton. Two days later, on April 29, an autopsy determined her cause of death to be a combination of blunt force trauma and a gunshot wound. Her death has officially been ruled a homicide.
Following the discovery, investigators searched a residence on Muir Road, which led to the identification of a suspect.
