Tremont Man Wanted on Two Active Bench Warrants

A Tremont man is wanted in Schuylkill County after being declared an absconder in two separate cases for violating parole conditions.
Matthew Joseph Natale, 34, is the subject of two active bench warrants after failing to comply with court-ordered requirements.

In the first case, Natale was charged with:

• Manufacturing, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Marijuana (Felony)
• Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana (Misdemeanor)
• Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

In the second case, he was again declared an absconder for parole violations. Charges in that matter include:

• Defiant Trespass – Actual Communication to Person (Misdemeanor 3)
• Public Drunkenness (Summary Offense)

Natale is described as standing approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. His last known address is 24 South Pine Street, Tremont, PA.
