Dante Carr bounced back from two early interceptions to account for three touchdowns, including a dazzling 55-yard run before halftime. The Miners’ defense held Marian to just 147 yards of offense and Paiten LaPoint broke the school record with his 21st career TD catch. Minersville has the chance to shake up the Blue Division race when they face Williams Valley next.

Nativity BVM (3-3): Rallied past Shenandoah Valley behind Colt Mason’s two TD passes to Bentley Werez. Consistency will be key down the stretch.
North Schuylkill (3-3): After a loss to Northwestern Lehigh 49-18, for two quarters, Luke Miller (205 yards, 2 TDs) gave the Spartans a chance against the defending 3A state champions. But the Tigers showed their championship pedigree, blanking North Schuylkill in the second half. The Spartans have shown flashes but will need consistency as they chase a district berth.
