The Schuylkill County Chapter No. 25 of the National Football Foundation (NFF) and College Hall of Fame has announced the Football Scholar-Athletes who will be honored at its 65th Annual Football Scholar-Athlete Banquet.
The annual banquet will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Schuylkill Intermediate Unit #29 in MarLin. Doors will open at 4:00 p.m., with the program beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Blue Mountain – Dylan Foose
5’11, 215 lbs - OL/DL - 4 Year Member, 4 Year Starter, 4 Year LettermanDylan Foose has been a dominant two-way force for the Blue Mountain Eagles throughout his four-year varsity football career. A four-year starter, letterman, and senior captain, Dylan excelled at guard, tackle, nose guard, and defensive end, anchoring an offensive line that produced over 2,300 rushing yards and 1,600 passing yards during his senior season. Defensively, he ranked third on the team in solo tackles, consistently disrupting opposing offenses despite frequent double teams.
His accolades include Blue Mountain’s Iron Eagle Award (2021, 2025), Blue Mountain Lineman of the Year honors (2024, 2025), SCFCA Big School First Team selections as Offensive Guard (2024) and Offensive Tackle/Defensive End (2025), SCFCA Big School Honorable Mention Nose Guard (2024), T102 Sports Now Tremendous 33 Defensive End (2025), All-County Honorable Mention (2023), and multiple T102 Sports Lineman of the Game honors (Lehighton 2023, 2024; Tamaqua 2025).
A multi-sport athlete, Dylan also competes in varsity wrestling and track and field, highlighting his athletic versatility.
Academically, Dylan boasts an exceptional 4.472 weighted GPA, ranking third in a class of 200. He has completed extensive AP coursework, including U.S. History, Computer Science, Chemistry, Statistics, Biology, Physics, Literature, Government, Calculus, and Modern History.
His leadership roles include Vice President of Student Council, Class Vice President, President of All Things Business, Vice President of Science Honors Society, and Aevidum Ambassador, while maintaining Distinguished Honor Roll status for four years.
Dylan is committed to community service, volunteering extensively with the Big Impact Group, including spearheading preparations for the county-wide “Boh-Bash” Halloween event for special needs students. He also supports special needs classrooms and community initiatives, while gaining work experience at Bills Produce, and Northeast Auto Liquidators.
Dylan has been accepted to Lebanon Valley College, Kent State University, North Carolina State University, University of Tennessee, Penn State University, and the University of Minnesota, and plans to major in aerospace or electrical engineering. He is the son of Tim Foose and Megan Heffron-Foose and resides in Pottsville.

Kyler Quick served as an explosive two-way presence for the Mahanoy Area Golden Bears throughout his four-year varsity football career. A senior captain at running back and linebacker, Kyler earned SCFCA All-County First Team honors at linebacker in both 2024 and 2025, First Team AllCounty recognition at running back in 2024, and Second Team honors at fullback in 2025. During the 2025 season, he was named Mahanoy Area’s Offensive and Defensive Player of the
Year, following his selection as Team Defensive Player of the Year in 2024. He also earned 2025 Standard Speaker Defensive Player of the Year honors, Standard Speaker Second Team recognition at running back, selection to the Republican Herald Football All-Area Team at linebacker, and T102 Sports Now Tremendous 33 honors at linebacker. Kyler set a school record with 332 rushing yards in a single game and surpassed 1,000 rushing yards during the 2024 season. His performances were further recognized with multiple Standard Speaker and T102 Sports Now Player of the Week honors, along with Standard Speaker First Team and All Eastern PA Football Honorable Mention selections at both linebacker and running back.
A standout multi-sport athlete, Kyler was a two-year captain of the wrestling team, qualifying for the PIAA State Championships in both 2024 and 2025. He surpassed 100 career wrestling victories while earning multiple District XI medals and Regional qualifications. Kyler also competed as a member of the track and field team.
Academically, Kyler maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA, ranking sixth in a class of 75 students. His coursework includes Advanced Placement classes in Biology, Computer Science, U.S. History, Calculus, and Chemistry, along with multiple dual-enrollment courses through Lehigh Carbon Community College and Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is actively involved in the National Honor Society, FBLA, Student Council, Interact Club, Envirothon, and Theatre Arts.
Through FBLA, Kyler earned a Regional First Place finish and qualified for state competition. He was also named Elks Student of the Month in October.
Kyler is deeply involved in community service, volunteering with the Action Youth Group, Meals on Wheels, Helping Harvest, and Mahanoy Area Youth Wrestling. He also serves as an acolyte and usher at Faith United Church of Christ.
Kyler has been accepted to Misericordia University, Bloomsburg University, Wilkes University, King’s College, Messiah University, Ursinus College, Elizabethtown College, and Lebanon Valley College, and plans to major in Biology with a pre-physical therapy focus. He is the son of Samuel and Tracey Quick and resides in Mahanoy City.
Jah Bushati was a standout two-way player and senior captain for the Marian Catholic Colts during his four-year varsity football career. Excelling at offensive guard, linebacker, and kicker, Jah earned Standard Speaker First Team Linebacker,

Mention Kicker honors, along with two T102 Defensive Player of the Game awards. His leadership helped guide the Colts to a District XI runner-up finish in 2025.
Jah also competed in varsity wrestling, reaching the Schuylkill League Finals and earning District XI placewinner status.
Academically, Jah is an exceptional student, ranking first in his class of 64 with a 4.1 GPA. He has completed AP coursework in Calculus, Government, and English Literature, is a Distinguished Honors recipient, and serves as President of the National Honor Society and Academic Team. He is also active in Catholic Athletes for Christ and FBLA.
His community service includes volunteering at the Food Truck Drive, Marian Colts Youth Summer Camp, and Youth Leadership Summit, where he mentors younger students.
Jah has been accepted to Seton Hill University, Ursinus College, and Bloomsburg University, receiving scholarships from Seton Hill and Ursinus, and plans to major in biology. He is the son of Beke and Servete Bushati and resides in Summit Hill.
Matt Dube was a four-year starter and key contributor for the Minersville Area Battlin’ Miners, excelling at wide receiver, defensive end, and linebacker. He earned SCFCA All-Area honors as a wide receiver in 2025 and as a defensive end in 2024 and 2025, along with All-County recognition at both positions. Matt was also recognized with Eastern Pennsylvania Football Honorable Mention honors on the defensive line in 2025 and earned All-Academic Gold Team selections from 2022–2025.
Over his career, Matt recorded 255 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks on defense, while contributing 663 receiving yards
and 12 touchdowns offensively.
Academically, Matt maintains a 105.6 weighted GPA, ranking sixth in a class of 76 students. He completed AP coursework in Literature, Calculus, and Biology, along with dual-enrollment classes in Research & Composition and Speech. He is active in the National Honor Society, SADD, Student Council, Youth Summit, and Interact Club, and was named Rotary Student of the Month in January 2026.
Matt is active in community service through volunteering with the Minersville football program, Wreaths Across America, placing flags on veterans’ graves, and delivering toys to children in need. He also previously served as an altar server at Holy Family Parish.
Matt will attend the University of Louisville, where he is accepting the Presidential Merit
Scholarship and plans to major in biology. He also holds acceptances to Duquesne University, Thomas Jefferson University, West Chester University, Ferris State University, and Lebanon Valley College. He is the son of James and Jennifer Dube and resides in Pottsville.
Colt Mason was a dynamic two-way star for the Nativity BVM Green Wave, serving as a unanimous senior captain and excelling across five positions. During the 2025 season, he led the team in rushing yards, passing yards, touchdowns, and total points scored. His outstanding play earned him Pennsylvania Football News First Team All-State Defensive Back honors and Eastern PA Football News First Team All–Eastern Pennsylvania Defensive Back recognition, in addition to SCFCA Small School All-County First Team honors as a defensive back, Second Team honors as an offensive athlete, and a Maxwell Club Mini-Max Honorable Mention recognition.
Colt was also recognized as the Pottsville Lions Club MVP, John Lieberman Memorial MVP, T102 Sports Now Offensive Player of the Game, and recipient of the Nativity Wave Award. He was selected to the SCFCA South All-Star Game, where he also served as South All-Stars Team Captain. Academically, he earned four-year selections to the Eastern PA Football All-Academic Silver Team and PA Football News All-Academic Bronze Team.
A multi-sport athlete, Colt earned three varsity letters in track and field, further demonstrating his all-around athleticism.
Academically, Colt maintains a 3.4 GPA, ranking in the top 25% of his class of 50, while earning First and Second Honors throughout high school. He is an active member of Spanish Club, Art Club, Chess Club, Game Club, and Interact Club.
Colt has completed extensive community service hours, volunteering with organizations including the Knights of Columbus, United Way, Special Olympics, Green Wave and Green and Gold Association, Orwigsburg Nursing Home, St. John the Baptist Church, Assumption BVM Elementary, St. Joseph’s Center for Special Learning, Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, South Cass Citizens Fire Company, Nativity Veterans Mass, and Meals on Wheels.
Colt will attend Lebanon Valley College on an academic scholarship, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management. He also holds acceptances and scholarships from Susquehanna University, Alvernia University, Wilkes University, Lycoming College, Widener University, Ursinus College, King’s College, Misericordia University, Moravian University, and Albright College. He is the son of Patrick and Angela Mason and resides in Pottsville.

Cadyn McGraw was a two-way contributor and senior captain for the North Schuylkill Spartans football program, excelling at running back and linebacker. He earned SCFCA Honorable Mention honors at both fullback and defensive end, while his dedication, toughness, and consistency were frequently praised by his coaches. Cadyn’s work ethic and team-first approach made him a steady presence on both sides of the ball throughout his four-year varsity career.
In addition to football, Cadyn was a four-year varsity wrestling starter and team captain. During the 2025 season, he earned Schuylkill League and District XI individual gold medals and placed sixth at the Southeast Regional Tournament. His efforts helped lead the Spartans to a Schuylkill League Team Championship.
Academically, Cadyn maintains a 102.44 GPA, ranking 15th in a class of 173 students. He has completed dual-enrollment coursework in Intro to Physics, Public Speaking and Research, Medical Terminology, and Psychology. As President of the National Honor Society, Cadyn is also a member of the Science, Math, English, and Social Studies Honor Societies, along with SADD, TAT, Friends Forever, Diversity Club, Pep Club, and Aevidum Club.
Cadyn’s commitment to service is extensive. He serves as a Big Impact mentor to an elementary student through weekly activities, participates in town cleanups, mulching and beautification projects, and community book mailbox installations, and volunteers with Ashland Black Diamond Youth Football and The Spartan Games. He has also collaborated on Schuylkill County Youth Summit initiatives focused on addressing community needs. Cadyn balances his service commitments with seasonal landscaping work.
Cadyn has been accepted to Lebanon Valley College, Wilkes University, Duquesne University, Moravian University, and Lycoming College, and plans to pursue a career in the medical field.
He is the son of Heather McGraw and Todd Reismiller and resides in Ashland.
Gavin Yuricheck was a versatile three-year starter and two-year captain for Panther Valley, contributing at wide receiver, safety, and cornerback. He earned Second Team All-State honors at wide receiver, First Team All-Area recognition at wide receiver from both the Standard Speaker and SCFCA, and Second Team AllArea honors as a defensive back from the Standard Speaker and SCFCA. Gavin was also honored with Panther Valley’s Captain Award, named the team’s Most Outstanding Back, and selected to the All-Academic Gold Team from 2022–2025.
A multi-sport athlete, Gavin also served as a captain on the baseball team and also participates as a member of the track and field squad.
Academically, Gavin maintains a 4.0 GPA, ranking third in a class of 94, and has completed AP coursework in Physics, Calculus, U.S. History, and English. He is active in National Honor Society, Envirothon, Student Council, and Student Forum.
His community involvement includes volunteering at a local nursing home, assisting elementary teachers, helping organize school events, and staying involved in his community. He balances his community involvement with work experience at Panther Valley School District and Summit Hill Borough.
Gavin has been accepted to Alvernia University and Alfred University and plans to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. He is the son of Ronald and Tara Yuricheck and resides in Summit Hill.

Robert Brown Jr. was a dedicated offensive and defensive lineman for the Pine Grove Cardinals football program, contributing at left guard, nose tackle, and defensive end during his three-year varsity career. A one-year starter, Robert also served as a weekly captain on two occasions. He was the recipient of Pine Grove’s Be the Standard Award, recognizing his leadership, consistency, and commitment to upholding the program’s expectations through strong work ethic and accountability.
Beyond football, Robert is a multi-faceted performer in the arts, serving as Band President and Brass Director while participating in the marching, concert, and jazz bands. He was also a member of the track and field team, competing in the discus.
Academically, Robert maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA, ranking 15th in a class of 118 students. He has completed Advanced Placement coursework in European History, U.S. Government, Calculus, and Chemistry, along with dual-enrollment courses in U.S. History to Reconstruction and U.S. History Since Reconstruction. Robert was named Pine Grove Area’s October Senior of the Month and is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, Aevidum, Diversity Club, Travel Club, Yearbook Committee, Unified Varsity Club, and SADD.
Robert’s commitment to service is highlighted by his achievement of the Eagle Scout rank and membership in the National Eagle Scout Association, earned through the completion of extensive leadership and community service projects. He is also actively involved in the Elementary Peer Mentor Program and volunteers with Friedensburg Fire Company No. 1, while balancing his commitments through farm work experience.
Robert has been accepted to Penn State University at University Park and Florida Institute of Technology and plans to major in Chemical Engineering. He is the son of Robert and Nikkole Brown and resides in Schuylkill Haven.
Juleon Bainbridge was a three-year starter and senior captain for the Pottsville Crimson Tide, providing a steady presence on both sides of the ball. He powered the offense as a 1,000yard rusher while also contributing defensively at linebacker and defensive back. Despite a season-ending injury, his impact on the program remained evident, earning Jersey Mike’s Athlete of the Week honors and 2024 First Team AllArea recognition.
A multi-sport athlete, Juleon also competes in basketball, playing a key role in the Crimson Tide’s recent Schuylkill League and District Championship teams.
Academically, Juleon maintains a 4.167 GPA, ranking 15th in a class of 248 students. He has completed AP Statistics along with dual-enrollment coursework in Speech, Intro to Computer Applications, and Interpersonal Communication. He is an active member of the National Honor Society, German National Honor Society, TKD Club, Key Club, Aevidum Club, SADD Club, and Foreign Language Club.
Juleon’s community involvement includes landscaping work at Barefield Recreational Complex, stadium and community clean-ups, assisting with clothing, food, and toy drives, supporting Toys for Tots, volunteering at wrestling charity matches, participating in Trunk or Treat events, and helping with horse carriage rides at Yuengling Park’s Winter Wonderland.
As he prepares for graduation, Juleon is currently undecided on his college choice and plans to pursue a major in Actuarial Science upon enrolling. He is the son of Jolie Witalka and resides in Pottsville.
Niko Carestia was a three-year captain and explosive two-way contributor for the Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes throughout his four-year varsity football career. He compiled career totals of 4,936 rushing yards on 541 carries (9.1 yards per carry), 190 receiving yards on 20 receptions, 69 total touchdowns, 480 points, and 5,722 all-purpose yards. Defensively, Niko recorded 401 tackles, 37 tackles for loss, 9 sacks, 12 quarterback hurries, 13 forced fumbles, two blocked kicks, and two interceptions. Despite missing half of his senior season due to injury, his impact and positive attitude remained evident among his teammates and coaches. Niko earned three First Team All-Area selections at running back and linebacker,
recognition on the Republican Herald All Half-Decade Team, Coaches & Writers All-State Running Back honors, selection to the Super 16 Dream Team, and helped lead the Hurricanes to three District XI Class 2A runner-up finishes.
In addition to football, Niko competed in wrestling, earning a District XI silver medal, and in track and field, where he captured a District XI gold medal in the javelin and competed on a relay team that set a school record. He also set a school record in competitive weightlifting (bench press).
Academically, Niko maintains a 4.18 GPA, ranking in the top 35% of his senior class. He is a member of the Honor Guard, is a consistent Distinguished Honor Roll student, and participates in the German Club, Biology Club, and Physical Education Club.
Niko is active in his community through involvement with youth camps, Schuylkill Haven Borough Day, The Salvation Army, Santa Cane, and Helping Harvest.
Niko has been accepted to Kutztown University, East Stroudsburg University, Stonehill College, and Seton Hill University, receiving scholarships, and plans to major in Secondary Education. He is the son of John and Jill Carestia and resides in Schuylkill Haven.
Sam Mentusky emerged as Shenandoah Valley’s special teams leader as a three-year starter at kicker and punter for the Blue Devils football program. Despite recovering from an ACL injury that sidelined him for much of the season, Sam returned to make key contributions in the team’s final game. His career stats included 35 of 41 PATs and 6 of 9 field goals (6 for 6 from 40 yards and under), earning him SCFCA All-County Honorable Mention honors as kicker/punter, and is a three time All-Academic Gold Team selection. A high school junior, Sam has one additional year to play for the Blue Devils.
In addition to football, Sam balanced the demands of varsity soccer, where he was named a first team All-County selection as a forward and a two year varsity captain.
Academically, Sam maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA, ranking third in his class of 87 students. He has completed dual-enrollment courses through LCCC in Intro to Music and 20th Century World History. Sam is an active member of Shenandoah Valley’s National Honor Society, Student Council, and Diversity Club.
Sam’s dedication to community shines through volunteering at the Shenandoah Hookies Annual Block Party.
As high school Junior, he has one additional year to prepare for the next chapter. He plans to pursue a college major in business or finance. He is the son of Mark and Kim Mentusky and resides in Shenandoah.
Luke Frohnheiser was a two-year captain and dominant presence in the trenches for the Tamaqua Blue Raiders, anchoring the offensive line at center while excelling defensively at inside linebacker. During his senior season, Luke earned SCFCA All-County First Team honors at both center and linebacker, Standard-Speaker All-Area First Team selections at both positions, was named Times News Linebacker of the Year, and received Morning Call All-Area Honorable Mention recognition. As a junior, he earned SCFCA All-County Second Team honors at center and Standard-Speaker All-Area
recognition, contributing to an Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Championship for the Blue Raiders. He is also a four-year selection to the All-Academic Gold Team.
In addition to football, Luke competes in basketball, serving as a senior captain, and is a threeyear starter on the baseball team, helping secure two Schuylkill League Championships and a PIAA District XI runner-up finish.
Academically, Luke maintains a 99.894 GPA, ranking third in a class of 176 students. He has completed an extensive AP curriculum including Calculus, Biology, U.S. History, English Language and Composition, Statistics, Spanish, U.S. Government, Physics 1, and Physics 2, along with dual-enrollment College English courses. His leadership roles include Class Treasurer, Treasurer of the National Honor Society, President of the Physics Club, and active membership in the National English Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National Spanish Honor Society, and National Science Honor Society. He is also a four-year member of Student Government Association and Ski Club, and a member of FBLA, which earned a regional firstplace finish in Organizational Leadership.
Luke’s community involvement includes volunteering with the non-profit Sweet Inclusion, which supports employment opportunities for young adults with special needs. He has also completed service hours through the National Honor Society and Big Impact Group, and gained work experience as a summer employee for the Tamaqua Area High School grounds crew.
Luke has earned a National Army ROTC scholarship, which he plans to use upon enrolling in college, and intends to major in Mechanical Engineering. He is the son of Anne Frohnheiser and resides in Tamaqua.

Max Masser was a versatile standout and two-year captain for the Tri-Valley Bulldogs, contributing at wide receiver, tight end, nose guard, defensive end, and kick returner. He helped lead the Bulldogs to District 11 Class 1A championships in 2024 and
2025 and a runner-up finish in 2022, earning 2025 Schuylkill League All-Star honors, Second Team All-League selections at WR and DE, Honorable Mention Offense, and 2024 Small
School Honorable Mention Defensive honors. Over his career, Max totaled 233 tackles, 14 TFLs, 11 sacks, six fumble recoveries, and two blocked punts, while adding 724 all-purpose yards, including 24 receptions for 385 yards and seven touchdowns, 277 kick return yards, and 82 rushing yards for one touchdown.
A multi-sport athlete, Max earned two varsity letters in wrestling, finishing in sixth place at the District 11 meets in 2025. Additionally, he earned three letters in track and field as a two-time state relay qualifier, and achieved 3rd Dan Black Belt status in American Kempo Karate.
Academically, Max ranks fourth in his class of 67 with a 4.32 GPA. He is a 13-time Distinguished Honor Roll recipient, National and Spanish Honor Society member, 2026 Class President, November 2025 Tri-Valley Lion’s Club Student of the Month, and is involved in the Athletes for Christ Club, Aevidum Club, and is a two-time state qualifier as a member of FBLA. He has taken Advanced Placement classes in English Literature and Composition and US
History, and has completed numerous Dual Enrollment classes to prepare for college, including Introduction to Business, English Rhetoric and Composition, Biology, Nutrition, and Introduction to Psychology.
His service includes achieving Eagle Scout rank with 44 Merit badges and numerous service projects performed through the Boy Scouts of America, leading the construction of a pickleball court at Hubley Township Park as his Eagle Scout project. Additionally, he has served on the Schuylkill County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board, and volunteered through Aevidum club, National Honor Society, and LCBC Church. He has work experience as a truck mechanic, dispatcher, and farm laborer.
Max will attend Penn State University at University Park in the Smeal College of Business, majoring in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with plans to pursue an MBA after earning his bachelor’s degree. He also holds college acceptances from Messiah University, Susquehanna University, and Lebanon Valley College. He is the son of David and Jamie Masser and resides in Sacramento.
Quin Smeltz has been a clutch and reliable performer at kicker for the Williams Valley Vikings, serving as a senior starter and letterwinner. A senior captain at running back and linebacker, Kyler earned SCFCA All-County First Team honors at linebacker in both 2024 and 2025, First Team AllCounty recognition at running back in 2024, and Second Team honors at fullback in 2025. During the 2025 season, he was named Mahanoy Area’s Offensive and Defensive Player of the
Year, following his selection as Team Defensive Player of the Year in 2024. He also earned 2025 Standard Speaker Defensive Player of the Year honors, Standard Speaker Second Team recognition at running back, selection to the Republican Herald Football All-Area Team at linebacker, and T102 Sports Now Tremendous 33 honors at linebacker. Kyler set a school record with 332 rushing yards in a single game and surpassed 1,000 rushing yards during the 2024 season. A standout multi-sport athlete, Kyler was a two-year captain of the wrestling team, qualifying for the PIAA State Championships in both 2024 and 2025. He surpassed 100 career wrestling victories while earning multiple District XI medals and Regional qualifications. Kyler also competed as a member of the track and field team.

He compiled career totals of 4,936 rushing yards on 541 carries (9.1 yards per carry), 190 receiving yards on 20 receptions, 69 total touchdowns, 480 points, and 5,722 all-purpose yards. Defensively, Niko recorded 401 tackles, 37 tackles for loss, 9 sacks, 12 quarterback hurries, 13 forced fumbles, two blocked kicks, and two interceptions. Despite missing half of his senior season due to injury, his impact and positive attitude remained evident among his teammates and coaches. Niko earned three First Team All-Area selections at running back and linebacker,
recognition on the Republican Herald All Half-Decade Team, Coaches & Writers All-State Running Back honors, selection to the Super 16 Dream Team, and helped lead the Hurricanes to three District XI Class 2A runner-up finishes.

Despite recovering from an ACL injury that sidelined him for much of the season, Sam returned to make key contributions in the team’s final game. His career stats included 35 of 41 PATs and 6 of 9 field goals (6 for 6 from 40 yards and under), earning him SCFCA All-County Honorable Mention honors as kicker/punter, and is a three time All-Academic Gold Team selection. A high school junior, Sam has one additional year to play for the Blue Devils.
In addition to football, Sam balanced the demands of varsity soccer, where he was named a first team All-County selection as a forward and a two year varsity captain.

She has held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President of National Honor Society, President of her Senior and Junior Classes, Vice President of her Sophomore Class and FBLA Fundraising, and is active in Student Council, Big Vike Little Vike, the Guest Reader Program, and the Williams Valley Musical, while consistently earning First and Second Honors.
Quin’s commitment to service is extensive, volunteering through Williams Valley food drives, Red Cross Blood Drives, Paws for a Cause, the Nadine Miller Softball Tournament, and numerous school and community events. She also serves her church as a bell choir member, usher, greeter, and scripture reader, leads youth softball and basketball camps, teaches Vacation Bible School, and assists with junior high athletic events. She balances these responsibilities with work experience at Sterman Masser Inc., as a server at the Williamstown American Legion, and as a youth softball instructor.
Quin will attend Messiah University on scholarship, where she plans to major in Biomedical Engineering. She is the daughter of Greg and Sally Smeltz and resides in Tower City.
