Parking Bans/Snow Emergency

ASHLAND - Ashland has declared a snow emergency that will go into effect from Sunday February 22nd at 8AM until Monday February 23rd at 12PM.
During the snow emergency, parking will be prohibited on Hoffman Boulevard from Brock Street to Centre Street and also on Centre Street from Front Street to 23rd Street.
Any vehicles that are not moved WILL BE ticketed with a fine of $50 AND towed away at the owner's expense.

SAINT CLAIR - Saint Clair Borough will be enacting a snow ban beginning at 10:00 AM on February 22, 2026, through 3:00 PM on February 23, 2026.
During this time, parking on designated snow emergency routes is prohibited. Vehicles left on these routes may be ticketed and/or towed.

Effective Saturday, February 21 at 11:00 p.m. through Monday, February 23 at 6:00 p.m.
Due to forecasted winter weather, the Borough of Shenandoah has declared a Snow Removal Emergency to allow plows and emergency vehicles full access.
No parking on:
• Center Street (White St. to West St.)
• Main Street (Washington St. to Laurel St.)
(PennDOT Snow Emergency Routes)
All vehicles must be removed from public alleys per ordinance.
Vehicles in violation may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
Please limit travel, cooperate with Public Works and Police, and monitor Borough updates.
