Kaitlyn Marie Faust, 28, of Schuylkill Haven, was charged by the Lower Providence Township Police Department in Montgomery County with 15 counts, including theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property. The alleged offenses are dated September 10, 2025.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the investigation began in September 2025 after several victims reported purchasing Eagles tickets through Faust but never receiving them.
Police allege Faust represented herself as an employee of the Eagles Autism Foundation and told victims she could provide discounted tickets for games, with proceeds benefiting the foundation.
Victims from multiple Montgomery County municipalities reported sending payments ranging from $170 to $750 through Apple Pay and Cash App for tickets to various Eagles games, including matchups against the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams, and Denver Broncos. Authorities say none of the victims received the tickets they purchased.
Investigators also allege victims received email communications from a person identifying herself as “Brooke Myers” using the Gmail account brookemyersfoundation@gmail.com. Those emails reportedly stated that tickets would be transferred through a ticket portal closer to game day.
A search warrant served on Google revealed devices that accessed the Gmail account, including an Apple iPhone 15. IP address information obtained through a separate search warrant served on Comcast allegedly traced activity on the account at a Schuylkill Street address in Schuylkill Haven, Faust’s listed residence, as well as a residence in King of Prussia associated with her former boyfriend.
During the investigation, police confirmed with representatives of the Philadelphia Eagles Autism Foundation that neither Kaitlyn Faust nor anyone named Brooke Myers was employed by the organization.
According to court documents, Faust admitted during an interview that she offered and facilitated the sale of Eagles tickets through Facebook and accepted payments via Apple Pay and Cash App. She reportedly told investigators she believed she was working with a woman named “Rebecca Murphy,” whom she claimed originally sold her the tickets. However, investigators stated no communications with that individual were found on her phone.
In total, Faust allegedly stole $2,090 across 5 victims.
The affidavit also notes investigators observed internet searches on Faust’s phone related to federal charges, theft by deception, racketeering, and “Eagles autism foundation ticket scam.” Police further stated that Faust had deleted Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger applications from her phone prior to her interview.
Faust was arraigned on February 10, 2026 before Magisterial District Judge Cathleen Kelly Rebar. Bail was initially set at $75,000 unsecured and later reduced by agreement to $7,500 unsecured.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 19, 2026 before Judge Rebar in Montgomery County.
